Karma Cares - Supporting Communities With the Australian Red Cross

Karma is fortunate to be able to transport our members to some of the most unique countries and incredible communities in the world. It’s an integral part of our Karma philosophy to respect and actively help the people and places in which not only our resorts are located, but also where our valued members call home. That’s not just because it’s the ‘right’ thing to do; it’s because that’s who and what we are, a company that cares.

As we all know, the devastating fires in Australia have affected many communities across the nation, with many people losing their homes, not to mention the catastrophic environmental damage these fires are causing.

Over the past few weeks, we have seen firefighters go above and beyond in these difficult and dangerous conditions, and here at Karma, we would like to support these brave men and women that are risking their lives to protect their homes and families.

How can I help?

Thank you to all our beloved members who have kindly taken the time to help and support by giving donations for the fires in Australia. But it’s not over yet, so it's your turn now.

“The funds you raise towards our Disaster Relief and Recovery work will support Red Cross emergency service teams who are responding to the current fires in New South Wales and Queensland, as well as across Australia and further afield. Your efforts will ensure we have trained volunteers, aid workers and staff ready to respond as soon as a disaster strikes in Australia and overseas.”

For any Hot Deals booked before the 15th January 2020, we will also be donating 50% of the booking fee to this Red Cross appeal.

Being a part of the Karma family has many unique benefits, we have put together some FAQs to help you get the most out of your Karma Group membership.

• How can I win the monthly newsletter draw?
To enter all you need to do is send through an email to karma.odyssey@karmagroup.com with some photos and a short letter about your last holiday with Karma. This will then be uploaded to the Karma Moments section of the website. Winners are chosen on the 1st of every month, good luck!

• Can I use my combine Hot Deals and my points entitlement?
Yes, Hot Deals and Exchange Entitlement can be used together - e.g Booking a 14 Night stay at Karma Mayura - 7 Nights, Saturday - Saturday using a Hot Deal and a second 7 Night stay using your entitlement.

• How long does each Hot Deal last?/Is there an expiry date for Hot Deals?
On the 15th of each month the Hot Deals are updated with new offers and inclusions. They are valid for bookings until the 15th of the next month within the set travel dates for each offer.

• What is the Karma Ambassador Program?
The Karma Ambassador program is a newly designed program for members to give something back to the local communities in the destinations you travel to as a Karma member. By referring to your friends and family to experience a holiday within a Karma Resort, not only will we create extraordinary experiences for your loved ones we will also donate money to a charity we work closely with.
