Celebrating the Magic of Diwali with Karma Group

This month we are celebrating the magic of Diwali and so in turn, we are celebrating all of the vibrant cultural experiences that India has to offer!

India itself, being famous worldwide for its rich and diverse history, is of course where Karma was born and will always hold a special place of pride in the group.

Diwali is one of the most significant festivals in India. It is celebrated across the length and breadth of the country. Diwali is a 5-day celebration known as the Festival of Lights and is celebrated by families and friends gathering to light traditional Diyas - Small natural clay lamps - in their houses, feast on sweet traditional delicacies, watch magnificent firework displays and exchange gifts.

With 9 resorts in this beautiful nation, we would like to highlight a selection of celebrations planned in our resorts for the 27th of October!

Karma Haveli - Jaipur

Offering stunning views of the pink city close to the 7th Wonder Of The World - the Taj Mahal - Karma Haveli is located in Jaipur's culture-rich old town.

They will be celebrating by hosting traditional lighting of Diyas followed by a magnificent firework display

Perched upon a hillside in the Kangra Valley, Karma Exotica is surrounded by the snow-capped majesty of the Dhauladhar ranges and traditional Kangra tea gardens.

They will hold a Celebration of Diwali Festival - Including a traditional Himachali folk dance, buffet and poolside bonfire.
